Renovated Ancient Stone Building for Family Celebrations
La Coudraie is situated in the sunny Vendeen countryside, only an hours drive from Nantes and La Rochelle airports, 3hrs from St Malo and 4hrs from Caen channel ports and easily accessible from junction 7 of the A83 autoroute or N137. Within its twelve acres of parkland is a shared 12m x 6m fenced, heated pool (from end of May to mid-September) and tennis court. Feel free to wander around the grounds, fish in the river and be as relaxed or a s active as you wish.
In a courtyard of old stone buildings we have two comfortable cottages and across the courtyard, a recreation room with table tennis, darts, table football and a selection of games, books, videos, DVDs and CDs. Upstairs is a seperate room with some exercise equipment.
There is a 'Salle de Reunion' which is a beautifully renovated stone building suitable for large family celebrations for up to 60 people. It has a bar and kitchen area, dining area with a large open fireplace, and two upstairs reception rooms. The 'Salle de Reunion' has its own toilets and washbasin facilities.
